2.2 Trip Information

  • Pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Trip dates and times.
  • Payment information and transaction history.
  • Real-time location data during active trips.

2.3 Technical Information

  • Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed.
  • Mobile network information.
  • App usage analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • To facilitate ride bookings and matching between passengers and drivers.
  • To process payments and manage transactions.
  • To verify driver credentials and ensure safety.

  • To send safety alerts, including SOS functionality and RideCheck notifications.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Between Users

  • We share basic profile information between matched passengers and drivers to facilitate rides.
  • Drivers receive passenger names, phone numbers, and pickup/drop-off locations for booked trips.
  • Passengers receive driver names, phone numbers, vehicle details, and ratings.
  • Medical information you disclose may be shared with your assigned driver for safety purposes.

4.2 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party providers who assist us in:

  • Payment processing (mobile money, card payments).
  • Cloud storage and hosting.
  • Analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Customer support.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to:
